The Growth Track is three short steps that help you know God and our church, discover your purpose, and live a life of Victory. It’s for everyone — whether this is your first month at Victory or you’ve been here for years. Most people finish all three steps in three, one-hour classes offered each month.

What to Expect

  • Meets on Sundays, right after the 11:00 a.m. service.
  • A meal is provided every session — come hungry.
  • Free childcare is provided so you can focus. Just let us know your kids are coming when you register.

We've been saved and have served God for over 3 decades in various churches from AZ, NM, IN, and SC and have not encountered any church which incorporates a comprehensive curriculum for a new church member, like Victory has through the Growth Track classes. We have found the Growth Track classes advantageous for a better understanding of our spiritual gifts, which has empowered us to have more confidence in where we can best serve within the church, as well as God's servants.

What is the Growth Track at Victory Baptist Church?
It’s a free three-step path that helps you become a member, discover your purpose, and join the team.
How long does the Growth Track take?
Three one-hour classes, offered monthly. Each class runs right after the 11:00 a.m. service, and you finish knowing your purpose and your next step.
Do I have to register for the Growth Track?
No. Registration is encouraged but not required, and walk-ins are always welcome. Registering just helps us plan enough food and childcare.
Is there a meal and childcare during the Growth Track?
Yes. A meal is provided at each session and free childcare is available for your kids — just let us know their ages when you register.
Do I have to start serving after the Growth Track?
There’s no obligation. The goal is to find out information and opportunities, but the choice is always yours.
Who should take the Growth Track?
Everyone, whether you’re brand-new to Victory or have attended for years and want to find your purpose and place.
