Not sure where you fit? We’ll help you find out.
You don’t have to have it figured out. If you’d like to discover your gifts first, take the Growth Track — our simple path to find your purpose and your place. Completing the Growth Track is required before serving on the Dream Team.
Every quarter, we come together at our Dream Team Rally to celebrate the people who help make ministry happen at Victory.
These four awards recognize Dream Team members who serve faithfully, lead with excellence, and make a lasting difference in the lives of others
