Lead Pastor

Pastor CT Townsend was born in Charleston, West Virginia, and has carried a heart for evangelism and reaching people with the Gospel throughout his ministry. After years of preaching across the country, he became the Lead Pastor of Victory Baptist Church, the same place where he attended college and met his wife, Becky. Pastor CT and Becky serve together alongside their three children, Tucker, Syler, and Everlee.

In addition to pastoring Victory, Pastor CT is an evangelist, author of Miracles of the Burlington Revival, and a songwriter. He also invests in the next generation through the Arise Youth Conference, which reaches thousands of students and young adults each year. At the heart of everything he does is a desire to point people to Jesus. One of Pastor CT’s greatest joys is serving his church family each week and seeing lives changed through the Gospel.
