Before your group begins, you’ll go through one short leader training, so you know exactly what to expect. From there, you’re surrounded by help all semester. Not sure where you’re gifted yet? Start with the Growth Track, discover where you fit, then step into leading from there.
Take the Growth TrackA coach who walks with you. Someone who has led before checks in all semester, so you’re never guessing on your own.
Help with your study. We help you land on an approved study and get the materials in hand—no lesson to plan.
A community of leaders. You join other Victory leaders who trade ideas, compare notes, and pray for one another.

How do I join a small group at Victory Baptist Church?
Browse the groups on this page and filter by day, life stage, and childcare. Name the group that fits on the Save Your Spot form above, or talk to a pastor, and we'll connect you with the leader.
What is the time commitment for a small group?
Most groups meet weekly for about an hour during the semester. Come when you can. Consistency matters more than perfect attendance.
What if I don't know anyone in the group?
Everyone is new the first night. The leader's role is to welcome you, and most people make their first real friendships within a few weeks.
Is childcare provided for small groups?
Many groups offer childcare; look for the childcare tag on each group card.
Do I need Bible experience to join a group?
No. Groups are for people at every step of faith, including those exploring it for the first time. Come as you are.
When do small groups start at Victory Baptist?
New groups launch each semester, and you can join anytime, even once a semester is underway.
Where do Victory Baptist small groups meet?
In homes and on-campus locations across North Augusta, SC and the surrounding CSRA. Each group card shows whether it meets on campus or off, and areas go on the cards as leaders confirm them.
